Oral Implants | Introduction ~ Simplified Excellence ~

Dental implants can significantly improve your quality of life! Implant reconstruction can be an unplanned event after an injury, tooth fracture, or a failed root canal. Many patients have had the ongoing difficulty and discomfort of poor fitting or unattractive dentures, severe bone loss, facial wrinkles and sunken lips. Whatever your circumstances, implant reconstruction and other esthetic treatment can offer you a “high tech” solution to restore your confidence with natural function and beauty.

Implants are placed in the jaw to replace missing teeth. Over several weeks, the implants become integrated in the bone. In some cases a provisional (nonfunctional) temporary tooth can be placed at the same visit as the implant. After 3-4 months, your dentist restores the implants by placing a crown(s) or bridge(s). They are designed to provide a foundation for new teeth which look, feel and function like natural teeth. It is very satisfying to regain the ability to eat and smile with confidence, knowing your teeth look natural and that support for your lips and chin will be maintained.

Our team is committed to excellence and, together with your dentist, we are pleased to provide 'state of the art' treatment. We have utilized international advances in surgical techniques, implant technology and protocols to shorten treatment time. Dr. Cullum has developed a number of innovative techniques and continues to study internationally in order to provide you with highly individualized treatment and attention to your desires.
