Patient Billing and Insurance

At Implants Northwest we make every effort to provide you with the finest surgical care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this, we work hand in hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. If predetermination of insurance benefits would be helpful, it will be completed at your request.

For your convenience we accept cash, American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. There are several other outside financial options available. We strive to deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore we ask for payment at the time service is rendered.

At your initial visit, we will develop your treatment plan, an estimate of related fees and work with you to complete payment arrangements. Please bring your insurance information with you to the consultation so that we can expedite reimbursement. We ask for payment of your initial evaluation in full, and we will submit your claim promptly. All payment arrangements for subsequent treatment will be completed prior to scheduling. Please call if you have any questions or concerns regarding your initial visit.

Please remember you are responsible for fees incurred for treatment at this office regardless of your insurance coverage. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect an insurance payment. At 60 days your account balance is due. Any remaining balance after 60 days will incur a finance charge. Your prompt remittance is appreciated and will avoid any additional expense.
