Full Arch Reconstruction
“Teeth In A Day,” or Full Arch Reconstruction, is an innovative way to transition failing teeth to fixed, non-removable teeth mounted on implants, all in one day. Dental implant surgery often requires multiple surgical procedures and numerous visits. However with “Teeth in a Day,” the process can be much simpler. Examination, often a CT scan and other evaluation with planning software helps us develop your specific treatment plan. Sometimes a follow-up visit is helpful to renew or finalize plans after Dr. Cullum reviews the results with your restorative dentist. A prosthesis is fabricated by your referring dentist. At the time of surgery, Dr. Cullum will place the required number of implants and the “fixed teeth” will be inserted by your restorative dentist, usually the same day. . Follow-up appointments are necessary and a final bridge will be made within several months.
Patients are very excited with the result of their Full Arch Reconstruction. Patients say they are able to eat, speak and enjoy life with new confidence in their smiles.
